What You’ll Need

To maintain the highest standards of patient care and professionalism, candidates are expected to meet several key requirements. Applicants must hold an active Rhode Island license or certification as a CNA, LPN, or RN, along with current CPR/BLS certification when required. Candidates should be able to successfully pass background screening and, if necessary, drug screening. A reliable and professional work ethic is essential, as well as a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Prior experience in a healthcare facility is preferred, as it helps ensure readiness to adapt quickly and effectively in a clinical environment.
