Founder Profile

Our founder brings more than 20 years of hands-on clinical experience in long-term care, rehab, home care, group homes, flu clinics, and detox programs. That background shapes every conversation with facilities and every placement decision. Having worked shoulder to shoulder with frontline teams, our founder understands how short staffing feels on a busy evening, what surveyors look for, and how one strong clinician can stabilize a whole unit. This insight guides how we vet CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, how we communicate expectations, and how we plan coverage across days, evenings, and nights. Administrators gain a partner who can talk through acuity, staffing ratios, and workflow in practical terms, while professionals gain a leader who respects their skills and time.
